The practice covers asset-backed securities, CLOs, covered bonds, whole business securitisations, and other bespoke financing structures, often with a cross-border element. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to develop their career within a top-tier practice, known for their market leading work across securitisation, structured credit and complex debt capital markets. Our client is open to considering candidates with 6 months of post-qualification experience.
