Incentives Associate | Any PQE | Top UK Firm

We are currently working with a top UK firm who are looking to hire into their growing Incentives practice. The team are well renowned for their work across the full lifecycle of employee incentives, covering both advisory and transactional matters. The team regularly support a wide range of clients from high-growth private companies and PE/VC-backed businesses through to public listed companies. Work includes designing and implementing share plans, advising on employee ownership trusts and supporting clients through IPOs, restructurings and M&A transactions You will advise on HMRC-approved and unapproved arrangements such as EMI options, CSOPs, growth shares and bespoke long-term incentive plans. The team also regularly acts on the incentives aspects of complex corporate transactions and advises on international incentives rollouts, executive tax planning and governance matters. The team are open to candidates from a range of PQE levels and can offer either an Associate or Senior Associate role.
