Our client, a leading US law firm, is looking to hire a newly qualified Tax Associate. The team are highly regarded for their work on sophisticated and international tax structuring across the banking, finance, corporate, real estate and funds sectors. The team are renowned for their expertise across both domestic and international tax matters, particularly in the context of complex financing transactions. Their work spans structured finance, securitisation, fund finance, CLOs, M&A, restructurings and tax disputes. You will be advising on the tax aspects of transactions, including the structuring of securitisations, hybrid capital instruments, credit-linked notes, stock lending and insurance-linked securities as well as supporting on corporate matters. Key Requirements: Due to be admitted as a solicitor in E&W in September 2025. Relevant training seat or secondment in a leading firm, with experience in corporate tax. Excellent academic credentials and first-class technical ability. Strong drafting and analytical skills. Proactive with capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
