PRODUCT MANAGER - OPERATIONS UP TO £62,000 LONDON Are you a Product Manager with a passion for operations, logistics, and supply chain? THE ROLE As Product Manager – Operations Engineering, you’ll be responsible for: Leading the development of operations-focused products , from fulfilment and inventory to logistics and workforce planning. Translating business needs and data insights into clear product requirements that span backend and supply chain platforms. Driving process improvement through automation, integration, and system optimisation initiatives. Representing the voice of Operations , including warehouse, sourcing, and logistics teams, in product development. Measuring product impact through data and feedback loops to support iteration and continuous improvement. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: We’re looking for a Product Manager with: Solid experience delivering MVPs and scalable products with a strong user-led focus. A systems thinker with strong problem-solving skills backed by data and experimentation. Comfortable working cross-functionally across Engineering, Data, UX, Supply Chain and Ops . Strong understanding of service design, APIs, user research, and operational processes . The ability to drive clarity from ambiguity , balancing detail with big-picture thinking. A proactive, self-starting approach to roadmap ownership and product delivery. NICE TO HAVES: You’ve worked on products in physical goods or supply chain environments .
