JOB- Graduate Mechanical Engineer LOCATION- Wakefield TERM- Permanent SALARY- £27,000 to £32,000 per annum (plus benefits) Premier Engineering is currently recruiting for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join an established engineering company based in Wakefield . This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their engineering career within a supportive and technically challenging environment. The Graduate Mechanical Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline (BEng, MEng, BSc) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency with 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A keen interest in design, manufacturing, and engineering processes An eagerness to learn and develop professionally The Graduate Mechanical Engineer role will involve: Supporting the engineering team in the design and development of new products Assisting with CAD modelling , drawings, and documentation Participating in prototype builds and testing Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production and quality Learning and applying engineering standards and practices If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date CV, along with your availability and salary expectations.
