We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and support the daily work of field engineers. You are eager to understand their needs and capable of interacting with them regularly to translate those requirements into functional solutions. You have a strong ‘can-do’ mentality and are passionate about both innovation and operational activities. In this role, you will take ownership of the full DevOps lifecycle, design, development, ensuring efficient CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and robust monitoring. You will be working in a DevOps scrum team, following agile methodologies and collaborating with other teams—both locally and remotely. We’re looking for someone with excellent analytical abilities, a strong team-player mentality, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (and preferably Dutch). You are self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality software while contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. What do we expect from you? Strong hands-on experience with Java or other JVM-based languages (e.g., Kotlin, Scala) Proven experience in cloud environments, with a strong preference for AWS. Solid background in software design and system architecture. Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and monitoring/observability tools (Elastic Stack, CloudWatch, etc.). Familiarity with test automation frameworks and version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong DevOps mindset – able to build, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot systems independently. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Passion for learning, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward solving problems.
