We are looking for a Service Engineer to join their talented teams in the Netherlands. Job Profile for Service Engineer Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Attend client sites and resolve issues in a timely and neat manner Investigate faults and consistently provide high-standard solutions Deliver clear and informative end-user training to facilitate the smooth operation of the equipment Complete accurate job reports and explain the steps taken before a sign-off by the client Communicate and build relationships with clients and provide them with excellent service whilst representing the company Identify sales opportunities with existing clients and provide feedback to the Manager Be financially aware of company costs relating to Service Conduct and record site surveys to a high standard Follow health and safety compliance and company quality standards at all times Candidate Profile for Service Engineer Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Business language skills in Dutch, Spanish or German will be considered an advantage Proven understanding or equivalent of ECS/CSCS, IPAF, PASMA and Avixa CTS Have a hard-working, enthusiastic and flexible work ethic Valid driving licence Good verbal and written communication skills Able to work and travel away from home regularly, including inter-country travel What Our Client Offers 20 vacation days Travel allowance Training Company car
