About the role: In this leadership role, you’ll work with a passionate team that sits at the core of our Finance department. You’ll be responsible for three impactful pillars: financial reporting , non-financial (ESG) reporting , and inventory accounting . This is a unique opportunity to shape how Redcare consolidates and communicates key performance information across the group—both hands-on and at a strategic level. About your tasks: Execute and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes across the group Drive inventory accounting processes and ensure timely, accurate results in collaboration with multiple departments in the company Oversee and execute non-financial reporting in line with CSRD/ESRS requirements Ensure full IFRS compliance and support group audit processes Prepare the consolidated annual report , ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with reporting standards Provide strategic input and guidance as the senior point of contact for consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters Coach and work alongside a team of ~5 accounting professionals, building expertise and delivering results together Address: The job is based in our Dutch Headquarters: Erik de Rodeweg 11-13, 5975 WD Sevenum, near Venlo. We offer a Dutch employment contract for this role. Hybrid work model: we practice a model of 60% of work onsite, in the office and 40% of working time being flexible for you to chose if you wish to work from home office or prefer to come onsite.
