About the Team & the Ideal Candidate You'll be part of a collaborative and growing international team expected to double from 20 to 40 by the end of the year, it's a rare opportunity to be part of something scaling fast while building a long-term legacy. The business is structured to support you-with in-house specialists across procurement, engineering, and grid connections based internationally. We're looking for a driven and autonomous development professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You must be comfortable managing multiple complex projects at once and have experience taking them from early-stage permitting through to secondary phases. Key Responsibilities * Take full ownership of (PV, Agri-PV, BESS), from end-to-end * Manage and optimise a pipeline of 26 projects (~0.5 GW) across most Italian regions and expanding into Northern Italy * Lead the permitting process, with deep involvement in secondary phase authorisations * Conduct thorough due diligence on new acquisitions * Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and cash flow management * Coordinate with in-house teams across land scouting, engineering, procurement, and grid * Drive projects through regulatory stages with a clear focus on successful delivery Core Skills & Experience * 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development * Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously * Strong knowledge of Italian permitting and secondary authorisation processes * Solid technical understanding of BESS is highly desirable * High level of autonomy, project ownership, and attention to detail * Effective communication skills in both Italian and English * Based in (or willing to relocate to) Rome or surrounding areas Ready to Power the Future?
