We’re looking for a motivated and skilledPainting Specialistto join our team and make a real impact. As a Painting Specialist, you will be responsible for: Defining and improving internal standards for painting processes. Qualifying and supporting external suppliers to ensure top-quality coatings. Troubleshooting and resolving non-conformities and deviations in coating applications. Acting as a subject matter expert during ITO (Inquiry to Order) and OTR (Order to Remittance) phases. To be successful in this role you will: Have a technical diploma or higher education in a relevant field. Have solid experience in industrial painting processes. Have knowledge of corrosion, coating materials, and testing methods. Familiarity with other coating techniques (e.g., plating, thermal spray) is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English. Have a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. Be willing to travel internationally. Certifications like AMPP Level II are a plus, but not a must, we value experience and practical knowledge just as much.
