Materials Management Specialist

Join to apply for the Materials Management Specialist role at BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). The BSP campus hosts two segregated facilities to serve clients with development from pre-clinical GLP to cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply of Cytotoxic and High Potent Oncology drugs, as well as Non-Cytotoxic, innovative compounds for Immunotherapy and other therapeutics applications. The facilities are designed to handle small and large molecules such as ADCs (conjugation and fill finish), Peptides, Proteins, Oligonucleotides, and Nano Medicines. BSP is technologically advanced to meet the needs of innovators, with a High Containment Facility supporting the entire product lifecycle, from formulation and process development to scale-up and scale-down studies. Responsibilities: Plan the supply of materials/components needed to meet production requirements and maintain safety stock levels; Develop, implement, and evaluate processes for delivering materials from suppliers to destinations; Assess material requirements based on the production plan; Manage orders and monitor deliveries; Create reports and analyses to track delivery status; Manage risks to minimize impacts on production schedules; Address shortages of materials affecting production; Support continuous improvement initiatives; Utilize an MRP system (SAP) for procurement planning; Assist departments during BOM implementation and review; Monitor inventory levels and minimize obsolescence; Plan batch releases of incoming materials in line with production schedules. Requirements: Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent; 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management and supplier relations; Proficiency in English; Knowledge of IT systems, Office applications, and SAP, TrackWise, etc.; Experience with MRP or similar systems; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Teamwork and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
