Job Description

System Administrator - Mons For one of the leading companies in its sector, I am looking for a Support Engineer. Apart from the interesting job content, you will join a close-knit team and a green company. Job content: Point of contact for internal employees. On a daily basis, you are responsible for Incident Management, Request Management, Service Desk processes. You collaborate with other colleagues in all Global IS functions to meet agreed SLAs. You always take a critical look at the processes and make improvement proposals for operational procedures. You have the opportunity to work out (improvement) projects. You implement new Service Excellence working methods. Your profile: Experience in a similar position. You have knowledge within client and server OS (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019), Office applications (2013, 2016, 2019, O365) and a base in Networking, WAN/LAN. You are a communicator, able to interact with colleagues and stakeholders of every par tof the organisation. You can handle pressure and are stress-resistant. In addition, you are a real team player. You are open to doing standby duty 1 week every 3 weeks. There is an extra allowance for this. French and English is a must.
