Job Description Job Description Duration 6 Month(s) $18/hour Req Description Description - One of the contract positions is to help with ongoing upgrade of the EMV chip readers at their travel centers across the country and will be supporting the travel techs on the ground. - The other is for their ongoing network refresh upgrading the hardware and firmware at their travel centers (swapping out switches and routers, cabling the rack, redoing the IP on all registers, getting servers setup, implementing Zynstra (Zynstra is used to manage the in-store IT infrastructure for multi-branch retailers, it’s a cloud virtual software they have bought). The NOC is also supporting the travel techs over the phone here. The 4 C2H’s are for standard NOC work.
