Job Description Job Description Salary: Full job description The Janitorial/Cleaning & Maintenance Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintenance as directed by the Cleaning & Maintenance Manager. Candidates must be people and task oriented, self-motivated, dependable and able to work effectively and safely in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : Perform daily inspections, maintenance, replacement of truck part to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Wash and clean the truck regularly to maintain a professional appearance and hygiene standards. Assist the warehouse team with movement of containers and 18-wheelers as needed. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the company exterior areas and parking lot; empty and clean all trash cans promptly. Replace air filters weekly in designed areas, including the office, computer room, and breakroom within the warehouse. Perform regular checks and restocking of restroom supplies; hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc; 2-3 times per week. Maintain office cleanliness by promptly emptying and cleaning trash cans. Observe safety and security procedures Report unsafe conditions to General Manager Perform other duties as required and/or assigned Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Driver License; preferred Class A but Class C works as well Ability to be available mornings, evenings and overnight - Work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours on hard and uneven surfaces Repetitive motion with hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary Good vision and depth perception is required Ability to bend, carry, climb, push, pull, stoop, squat, twist and lift up to 50 pounds Climb ladders and work in elevated places Use of chemicals for cleaning and maintenance of facility is required Ability to work with little supervision at a rapid work pace for extended shifts of 10 hours or more Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions at all times of day and year Benefits: Paid Holidays Paid time off 401K with company match Health Insurance Workday and hours: Monday-Wednesday: 12:00pm-9:00pm Thursday: OFF Friday: 7:00am-1:00pm Saturday: 7:00am-5:00pm Sunday: 7:00am-8:00pm
