We are working with a highly respected law firm with a strong reputation in the residential property space to find a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for a 2–3 month interim role based in London. The firm is known for its high standards, collaborative culture, and longstanding relationships with a loyal client base, including HNW individuals, private banks, and agents. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving team handling premium residential transactions in a supportive and professional environment. Manage end-to-end residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, refinancing, and transfers of equity Advise UK and international HNW clients, private banks, and agents on property transactions in prime central London and beyond Liaise with clients and counterparties to ensure smooth and timely completion Draft and negotiate contracts, certificates of title, and related documentation Provide commercially focused legal advice with a proactive and responsive approach Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) Solid experience in residential property transactions, ideally involving high-value or complex matters Able to hit the ground running and manage a busy caseload independently Excellent communication and client service skills Flexible, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment ’ High-quality residential conveyancing work with top-tier clients Join a friendly and experienced team with a strong market reputation Opportunity to contribute to a busy practice during a peak period Competitive day rate and hybrid working available
