Job Requirements Essential: Strong experience with SQL databases and CRM systems for data extraction and manipulation Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Card Engine) Clear understanding of GDPR and data compliance standards Proven ability to analyze complex data and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience producing dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable: Knowledge of workforce, qualification, or policy-related data Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and automation Experience with public-facing reports or working in not-for-profit or public sector settings Understanding of labour market intelligence or industry regulation in the electrotechnical sector
