Senior Estimator – Tier 2 Main Contractor (South East London) Location: South East London Salary: Up to £90,000 Benefits Type: Full-Time, Permanent About Us We are a well-established Tier 2 main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, and residential sectors. With a growing pipeline of work across London and the South East, we are looking to strengthen our pre-construction team with an experienced Estimator. The Role As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the tendering process, working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects ranging from £5m to £30m. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings Work collaboratively with the commercial and delivery teams Ideal Candidate Proven experience as an Estimator with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 contractor Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations Excellent analytical and numerical skills Proficient in estimating software (e.g., ConQuest, Causeway, Excel) Strong communication and negotiation skills What They Offer Competitive salary up to £90,000 Car allowance or travel expenses Pension scheme Private healthcare Career development opportunities in a growing business
