Senior Sales Manager | Military & Defence Telecoms | Onsite to Hybrid | £55,000 - £65,000 Commission Our client, a global leader in Military and Defence technology solutions is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join a growing Team. They deliver secure, mission-critical communications solutions for military, government, and commercial organisations worldwide. As part of their continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Sales Manager to lead on high-value business development, manage key client relationships, and drive strategic growth. Responsibilities: Lead the identification and pursuit of major new business opportunities across the military, defence, and government communications sectors. Manage and grow key accounts, building long-term strategic relationships with high-value clients. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets. Represent the client at senior-level meetings, industry events, and international conferences. Collaborate closely with internal leadership, product, and delivery teams to align customer needs with service capabilities. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior members of the sales team. Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management. What They Are Looking For: Extensive B2B sales experience, ideally within telecoms, military, defence, aerospace, or secure communications sectors. Proven track record of winning high-value contracts and managing complex client accounts. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level, including government and military organisations. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on new market opportunities. Leadership qualities with experience in mentoring or managing junior sales staff. Ability to work onsite for the first 6 months, transitioning to hybrid working arrangements thereafter. Based within commutable distance to Redhill, Surrey. What They Offer: £55,000 - £65,000 base salary. Highly competitive commission scheme with significant earning potential.
