Key Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day running and management of the site. Uphold the highest standards of Health & Safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to specification and on schedule. Manage quality control, conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to design. Assist with site documentation, including diaries, progress reports, and permits. Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders. About You - The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a proactive and career-focused individual who is passionate about construction and eager to learn. You will be: An Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Engineer ready for the next step. Have proven experience working within a main contracting environment. Hold a valid CSCS card , SMSTS certificate , and First Aid at Work qualification. Possess a strong understanding of UK construction processes and Health & Safety regulations. An excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively within a team. Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
