Maintenance Manager – Wakefield Salary | £55,000 Mon-Fri, Days Only Elevation Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a leading automation company to recruit a Maintenance Manager for their site in Wakefield . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a forward-thinking business, where you’ll lead a skilled team of engineers and drive performance improvements across the site. Key Responsibilities: As the Maintenance Manager , you will oversee and manage the site’s maintenance program, ensuring timely and accurate recording of all work Lead and develop the maintenance engineering team Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including contractor management Ensure effective use and upkeep of the CMMS Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the site Create and implement effective training materials and development resources for the maintenance team We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager who have: Proven experience in a similar maintenance or engineering management role Time-served with strong technical understanding Demonstrates excellent people management and leadership skills Continuous Improvement mindset and strong problem-solving ability If you’re an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for your next challenge, apply now .
