CNC Sliding Head Engineer

CNC Sliding Head Machinist Location: West Midlands Salary: Up to £18.50 per hour depending on level of experience Bi-annual bonus Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00 (flexi time available) Do you have experience setting and operating CNC Sliding Head machines? Our client, a leading manufacturer within their sector, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CNC Sliding Head Machinist to join their team. Responsibilities: Programme, set and operate Citizen CNC Sliding Head machines. Produce components to high precision and within specified tolerances. Perform in-machine checks and make adjustments where necessary. Change tools, perform maintenance, and keep equipment in proper working condition. Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed. Requirements: Experience programming setting and operating CNC Sliding Head essential. Experience with Fanuc controls essential. Experience with Citizen Sliding Head Machine or similar. Ability to read technical drawings. Collaborative team player who is motivated by delivering high standards of quality. An enthusiastic, adaptable, and diligent approach. Benefits: £16.50 - £18.50 per hour depending on level of experience 07:00-16:00 Monday to Friday – flexi time available. 25 days annual leave bank holidays.
