We are seeking for a skilled Finance Accountant to join our team and take ownership of financial reporting and accounting tasks for the Benelux entities. Responsibilities Responsible for the filing of account records and processing the accounting data used for drafting financial statements and reports. Prepare journal entries for month-end closing and monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements (Local GAAP & IFRS) and report to the Finance Controller, and HQ Global Finance team Assists in filing several tax returns (For example, Corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, tax reports to DTA and so on) under local tax laws. Manage and control the ordinary treasury task (Bank reconciliation, Payment, Receipt) Manage the trade payables and the trade receivables in a timely manner Writing of Cash Plan & Report for company's operation Prepares and reviews company documents via Groupware. Assists in providing auditors with information for a successful finalization of the annual audit. Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly internal control management Monitor vouchers, invoices, checks, ad-hoc reports and reviews all for accuracy Monitor and review company documents (such as supplier invoices, shipment documents, Purchase orders and other relevant documents) Prepare forecasts to assist in the business planning and decision-making of management. Coordinate with various departments perform complex analyses and prepare reports to summarize financial data. Assists in accurate monthly reviews of P&L and trend analysis for communicating to the team. Improve the systems, policies, and procedures as necessary to drive efficiency and provide meaningful data Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent preferred 3 years' experience in finance area Dutch speaker and good command of English, both oral and written communications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills that help facilitate interactions with cross functional teams Collaborative, problem solving and priority setting skill
