Job Summary: Standardize and improve processes throughout Latin America in the air segment (ground and cargo operations), carrying out operational business reviews by optimizing planning and allocating resources with quality, meeting deadlines and meeting regional demand. Responsibilities: Act as Planning Manager Latam in resource planning (personnel and equipment) and in the management of the company's tools (GS Planning), including training and roll out; Create long- and short-term strategic plans for the area of ​operation, aligned with the company's global objectives; Lead and coordinate planning projects, from conception to implementation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets; Manage or support operational projects, business plans, introduction and maintenance of new procedures and technologies or provide related consultancy; Identify opportunities for improvement (safety, quality, efficiency) applying lean management and six sigma principles; Create and disseminate specific procedures that complement the Swissport Operations Manual, ensuring compliance with quality standards (ISAGO, IGOM, ISO); Monitor progress and achievements with the management of LATAM units; Lead, develop and encourage your team to achieve the objectives and goals established for your region, ensuring that your team is properly trained and qualified; Develop and maintain planning standards and interface with managers; Act in accordance with applicable laws and Swissport SOPs and policies; Comply with the responsibilities detailed in the station's QHSE Management System Manual and in the manuals under your responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with the requirements according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISAGO standards.
