Jr Analyst, Procurement Execution (Portuguese speaker)

Jr Analyst, Procurement Execution LATAM (Portuguese speaker) The Procurement Execution Jr Analyst will be responsible for executing transactional procurement responsibilities in support of LATAM segments. In addition, procurement analyst (LATAM segments) will execute tasks to monitor, report, and comply with core procurement policies as well as master data updates requested by LATAM segments in accordance with established KPI/SLA. The procurement analyst will partner with Buyers supporting other US plants to share best practices, pool resources, and identify opportunities to enhance process, optimize spend, or reduce risk. Core Responsibilities: Process Purchase Orders for Non-MRP generated and services Purchase Requisitions. Work to meet stablished KPI targets. If needed, conduct and field communications with suppliers for designated Purchase Orders to follow up for timely deliveries. Maintain supplier contact information updated in systems and stablish contact with VM to update vendor information when needed. Ensure key purchasing policies are adhered to. Liaise with Procurement Operations to resolve issues, risks, and dependencies related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Communications, and/or Vendor Invoices Work with AP to resolve issues related to invoices discrepancies. Liaise with other buyers to share best practices, identify process opportunities, and share resources. Qualified candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related discipline Fluency in the language of the region they are working with (written and spoken) 1-2 year of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable. Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite. SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus. Be customer service driven and understand the cultural and economic nuances of the region. Capacity to solve problems through creative, innovative solutions, and challenge traditional methods of accomplishing tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be detail-oriented and measurement-driven.
