Desired Profile: 3 years of experience in roles such as Data Engineer, ETL Developer, IICS Developer or adjacent. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions. Lead a team of integration developers, ensuring the seamless flow of data across systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. Design and architect complex integration solutions using tools such as IICS, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, or similar platforms. Develop and implement integration workflows, data mappings, and transformation logic. Ensure seamless integration of various systems and applications, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. Administer and maintain integration platforms such as IICS, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, or similar technologies. Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security of integration solutions. Monitor system health and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Provide technical support for integration-related issues, working closely with development teams and end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks. Implement performance optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
