Responsible for processes and vendor pricing, managing all quotes, and closing orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build excellent reseller and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and product knowledge. Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls and detailed customer conversations. Engage in inside selling by gathering customer information and developing activity plans. Manage reporting and customer backorders , and engage in project fishing. Manage project end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirements. Provide, sell, and negotiate product info, pricing, and promotions. Ensure service level agreements with customers. Achieve KPIs such as customer engagement. Sell the benefits of TD SYNNEX and its value proposition. Provide accurate quotations. Generate and maintain a sales pipeline in CRM system .
