In this role, you will be responsible for releasing lamination flat patterns of assigned car parts to the production department. You will define the plies' flat patterns in accordance with internal rules, procedures, and processes for carbon component manufacturing. Additionally, you may support Composite R&D Engineers in releasing layup information for some car parts. Key Responsibilities Digital Lay-up: Define nesting of the flat patterns. Model the plies layup using software tools (NX-CAD, Fibersim, Laminate Tools, Composite Design). Compile and release plybooks for car parts production as required. Collaborate with Design, Production, Quality Control, and Car Assembly departments. Professionalism Maintain flexibility in attendance and attitude, aligning with role and project requirements. Work professionally at all times, promoting a positive image for the department, team, and sponsors. Develop and maintain good relationships with other departments. Free additional health insurance Qualifications Technical High School diploma in Mechanics. Good understanding of composite design and production processes using prepregs. Basic knowledge of the Lectra digital module. Preferred: Basic knowledge of plybook software (Corel Draw), tools for ply draping, layup simulation, and nesting (Fibersim, Design Concept). Preferred: Basic knowledge of CAD systems. Skills and Attributes Initiative and innovation. Ability to work well in a team. Good communication skills in Italian and English.
