Compliance / Operations Analyst Leicester (Hybrid) £40k-£55k A growing investment firm is on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Operations Analyst to support the senior team across compliance, governance, and business operations. Think Consumer Duty, MI reporting, process improvements, and even exploring AI for efficiency.
