Global Head of Performance & Reward

Job Location

Reading, United Kingdom

Job Description

BIE is pleased to be retained by a high-growth, international business to appoint a Global Head of Performance & Reward on a part-time, job-share basis. This is a pivotal role as the business undergoes transformation and sharpens its focus on the employee value proposition, performance frameworks, and global reward governance. The group operates across multiple international markets with scale and ambition. Backed by long-term investment and a highly experienced leadership team, the business is entering a new phase of growth and modernisation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will co-lead the global Reward function, shaping compensation and performance strategies across a diverse international footprint. This includes overseeing Remco and executive remuneration, designing and delivering annual bonus plans, long-term incentives and retention arrangements, while working closely with the Board and senior stakeholders. You will play a central role in the annual Reward cycle, leading performance and compensation reviews, benefits renewals, and ensuring compliance across reporting and audit requirements. The role also supports international mobility frameworks and contributes to strategic initiatives such as pay transparency and job architecture. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned Reward leader who is confident operating at the executive level, comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, and experienced in complex, international environments. The role is offered on a 2.5-day-per-week basis as part of a job share, with hybrid working and regular time required in their Berkshire offices.
