The HubSpot Lead will champion the end-to-end use of HubSpot across the business, owning the roadmap, elevating campaign delivery, and ensuring marketing and sales operate in sync via smart integrations. The HubSpot Lead will: Own platform strategy, adoption, and optimisation across a global marketing function Set up and fine-tune workflows, automations, emails and journeys to drive engagement Partner with IT to support a stable, scalable link between HubSpot and Dynamics 365 Deliver internal training and create resources to build user confidence and consistency Identify opportunities for smarter processes and automation across the MarTech stack You Will Need: Solid hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM in a commercial setting Fluency in digital marketing principles and data structuring best practices Technical understanding of platform integrations Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset Bonus points for HubSpot accreditations and CRM migration experience Perks & Benefits: Salary: 65-70K 20% Bonus Flexible hybrid model: 3 days in the office Full private healthcare and enhanced pension plan Gym subsidy, season ticket loan, and cycle-to-work perks One extra day off each year on your birthday Clear internal progression paths, training budgets, and peer mentoring Many other benefits!
