Aftersales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full aftersales lifecycle including service delivery, technical support, and spare parts operations. Drive customer satisfaction through high-quality service performance and timely issue resolution. Identify and develop aftermarket business opportunities such as maintenance contracts, upgrades, and equipment refurbishments. Lead and support a team of service engineers and technical staff. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate reporting on service performance, customer feedback, and revenue growth. Engage with key clients regularly to ensure retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential). Minimum of 8 years in an aftersales/service role with a focus on heat exchangers or similar mechanical/thermal equipment. Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and service processes. Solid understanding of mechanical systems, thermal dynamics, and customer support principles.
