Power BI Developer

As a Power BI Developer, youll work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports that drive informed decision-making. Duties: Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports Translate business requirements into data models and insightful visualizations Connect and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and DAX Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all reporting solutions Collaborate with business users to deliver impactful, user-friendly analytics Skills: 2 years of experience working with Power BI Strong skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL) Solid understanding of BI best practices, data governance, and visualization principles Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences Nice to Have: Experience with the Microsoft Azure BI stack (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake) Familiarity with Excel, SharePoint, or other Microsoft 365 tools Exposure to ETL processes and data warehousing concepts Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.vacancy@stand-outstaffing.co.za .
