Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Matric Valid drivers license and own transportation 3 4 years experience in a similar industry Exceptional customers communication and relationship skills Strong closing sales skills and meeting sales targets Customer relationship skills Target and deadline driven DUTIES Reporting to the Branch Manager Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail clients within the glass and aluminium industry. Promote and sell a range of products including large glass panels, custom-cut glass, and related aluminium solutions Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the customer base in your assigned territory Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Negotiate pricing and terms in line with company guidelines to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and product development Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management on a regular basis Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support Attend trade shows, industry events, and product training sessions as required to stay updated on product offerings and market developments.
