ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Strong expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline design and implementation Proficiency in managing and automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their DevOps services Solid understanding of test management processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr) Experience in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk Expertise in version control systems like Git and branching strategies Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Experience with performance testing and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps, including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks Experience with serverless architectures and microservices Familiarity with database management and optimization (SQL and NoSQL) Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies Knowledge of AI/ML integration in DevOps pipelines Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments Understanding of network protocols and security configurations Certification in DevOps, cloud platforms, or test management tools
