Financial manager

As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and monthly reporting Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and detailed cash flow plans Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts and annual financial statements Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide strategic insights to senior leadership Ensure compliance with SARS (VAT, PAYE, and income tax) and the Companies Act Support external audits, funding rounds, and investor reporting requirements Implement and improve financial controls Mentor and supervise junior finance team members, fostering their growth and development Collaborate closely with the CFO on capital planning, fundraising, and financial strategy What Do You Need?: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA(SA) or CMA advantageous) 35 years experience in a financial management role High proficiency in Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets Demonstrated expertise in preparing and interpreting financial reports Solid understanding of South African tax regulations and the Companies Act Familiarity with IFRS and IFRS for SMEs APPLY NOW!
