Job Description

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to financial advisors and management Prepare, process, and track client applications and documentation Maintain client records and ensure all compliance requirements are met Liaise with clients, service providers, and financial institutions Schedule client meetings and manage calendars Compile reports and compliance packs Data capturing and other ad-hoc administrative task as required Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Additional qualifications in Finance, Business Admin or similar is advantageous 2 Years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial services Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Strong computer skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team
