Responsibilities We seek a Senior Director for the APAC Operations Excellence team to oversee DSC APAC Operational Analytics and Performance Management, develop strategies, collaborate with regional businesses, and implement best practices. This role involves advancing analytics programs, working closely with APAC countries and global teams, and supporting growth initiatives. Deliver analytics products by identifying use cases, supporting R&D, deploying solutions, and collaborating on AI initiatives. Drive talent management for Business Data Analytics careers, focusing on recruitment, development, and retention. Create and share operational data analytics best practices, lead improvement projects, and consolidate PowerBI applications. Performance Management Promote adoption of the MRP process through DPM and OEPM. Represent regional LOGICS requirements as APAC LOGICS Lead. Manage OE Performance Management, including metrics and planning modules. Ensure MDM Facility domain awareness within the region. Data Strategy Lead regional data strategy, including development roadmaps and quality initiatives. Define and promote operational data standards. Enhance data literacy within OE and Operations teams. Operations Analytics Identify operational opportunities through analytics. Engage stakeholders for change management and product rollout. Establish an OE Analytics network to support digital transformation. Project Management and Leadership Lead data analytics projects with IT teams. Develop tools to measure value and impact. Manage resources efficiently across sectors. Oversee a Data Analytics Center of Excellence and regional performance staff. Provide expertise in analytics and performance management. Update leadership on project progress and stakeholder value. Requirements 10-15 years in Operational Excellence, performance management, or business analysis, preferably in logistics. 5 years in project/program management in Distribution/Fulfillment. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Knowledge of fulfillment processes and equipment. Proficiency in report writing, presentations, and stakeholder communication. Mathematical skills supporting operational duties. Ability to interpret specifications and simplify complex solutions. Experience leading multicultural teams across regions.
