Product Manager Analytics

Job Purpose: To lead and manage complex, large-scale internal projects and product initiatives, driving strategic change and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role requires a highly experienced individual with a proven track record in both cost optimization and revenue generation, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of product management principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, while also overseeing complex cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Lead and manage multiple complex, large-scale internal projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects within budget. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, data science, and operations, to achieve project objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders. Drive data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analytics. Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. Develop and implement revenue-generating programs and initiatives. Navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and align projects with organizational goals. Thrive in "zero-to-one" scenarios and tackle vague problem statements to develop innovative solutions. Product Management: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development. Develop detailed product specifications and requirements. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and launch new products. Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, including ongoing maintenance and improvement. Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform future development. Prioritize features and functionalities based on user needs and business value. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to launch and promote new products. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development decisions. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects. 5 years of experience in product management, with a demonstrable understanding of the entire product lifecycle. Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders. Experience in cost optimization and revenue-generating initiatives. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile). Experience in the technology or data-driven industry is highly preferred. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
