Trading Operations Associate

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Trading Operations Associate in Mexico City, Mexico. You will be responsible for handling trade operations and ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades. This includes facilitating communication between traders, executing trades and resolving reconciliation breaks, solving settlement issues, and tracking performance metrics. Responsibilities: 1) Trade Execution and Settlement: - Ensure timely settlement of trades and resolve any discrepancies. - Provide additional control over our day-to-day trading operations. 2) Client Payments and Withdrawals: - Coordinate deposits and withdrawals in collaboration with the finance team. - Verify and process payments and withdrawals accurately and efficiently. 3) Client Support: - Communicate and support counterparts with inquiries and requests 4) Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of trades, transactions, payments, and withdrawals. - Generate regular reports on trading activities and performance metrics. Qualifications Previous Experience: 1 year(s) prior experience in a trading or financial operations role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools Fluency in English Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of trade settlement processes and regulations Experience in executing payments Knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology Experience in financial services or brokerage industry
