RESPONSIBILITIES •Customer concerns Management & Reduction •Corrective action implementation and validation •Quality KPI’s management (Customer concerns, PPAP’s on time, SCRAP) •Process and Product audits leader •Control plan Management REQUIREMENTS •Experience in Automotive Metal Mechanics and Welding process. •GDT&T application •Solving problem methodology •5 years on similar positions •core tools knowledge •Customer relationship (FORD, DDC/Daimler, Volkswagen, Audi, Cummins). •IATF 16949 & VDA knowledge. •Travel availability (international)
