IT Operations network - Lead

UST is searching for an IT Operations network Lead who, act as support resource providing first and second-tier support for IT incidents and requests from associates via phone, email, and remote connection to resolve routine problems regarding hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide customer-oriented follow-up in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner. Required: · 7 years of IT infrastructure. · Fluent English Language skills both spoken and written · Datacenter operations, server management and cloud services. · Network operations. · Network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, Routers, switched and firewalls. · Antivirus solutions, cybersecurity practices, · Profiency in network protocols and standards.
