The Role Lead store openings and ensure smooth operations across multiple markets, maintaining brand standards and driving daily operational excellence. Develop dashboards, track store launch timelines, and identify opportunities to boost sales and performance. Collaborate with leadership to implement improvement strategies, bringing a hands-on, adaptable approach to a fast-growing international environment. What they are looking for: Proven experience in franchise operations and the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry. Strong background in supporting new market openings, implementing operational processes, and ensuring brand standards. Willingness to travel 50% of the time across Latin America to support regional operations and store launches.
