With a history of innovation dating back to 1831, Navistar has more than 14,500 employees worldwide and is a member of TRATON, a global champion of the truck and transport services industry Position information Vacancy : Travel & Fleet Coordinator Position level : Coordinator Area : General Services Sector : Automotive (heavy vehicles) 3 Locations based possible : Polanco, Mexico City / Escobedo, Nuevo León / Querétaro, Qro Office Scheme : Hybrid Position overview Responsible for developing and managing various responsibilities to ensure smooth and cost-effective travel and fleet services through program development, leading projects, leading cross-functional group projects, policy development and management, and excellent customer service support. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of travel and fleet management. Seeks out knowledge and training to stay relevant in areas of responsibility. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to foster continuous improvement. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimum guidance. Supports other areas and colleagues and directs the services of all travel and fleet vendors. Core Responsibilities •Daily interface with employees and leadership to support customer service, policy and compliance, program trainings, customer service, etc •Development and management of over fifteen preferred vendor agreements, vendor relationships, and vendor performance •Lead all travel and fleet projects. Develops and administers travel and fleet policies. Administrate travel and fleet technology platform •Evaluate programs for savings opportunities, new vendor opportunities, and other program enhancements and continues improvements •Development, implementation, and ongoing management of reporting, including but not limited to category spend, savings, customer service KPI’s, costs avoided, and policy compliance •Ensures timely vendor payments and completion of all internal finance & accounting tasks and other regulatory requirements Requirements •Licenciatura en Administración de empresas o otra carrera relevante •Experiencia solida de 6 en el manejo de presupuesto, gestión de proyectos, manejo de flotilla, y conocimientos en el sector de viajes y de la regulación •Nivel de ingles : avanzado •Enfoque al cliente / Habilidades de comunicación y proactividad
