Maintenance Leader – Food & Beverage

We are seeking a Maintenance Leader with strong experience in UHT and aseptic filling equipment . This role is fully responsible for the maintenance area and facility, including operations, team leadership, and budget management. ✅ Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar, Master’s degree or diploma in Leadership or Business Administration preferred. 15 years in industrial maintenance, including 10 years in leadership roles . Hands-on experience with S4Hanna (PM module) , Advanced Excel , Power BI , AutoCAD . Knowledge of TPM, HACCP, FSSC 22000, STPS, NOM, SQF, CONAGUA regulations. Proven experience managing utility systems (chillers, compressors, water, electricity, instrumentation). Proven experience in UHT product processing and aseptic filling equipment (e.g., TetraPak, SIG Combibloc ) within the food & beverage industry Key Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Results-driven, problem solver with strategic thinking. Budget and CAPEX project management. High-performing team development and technical training. Excellent internal customer service and responsiveness. Continuous improvement mindset and change management expertise. Bilingual: Spanish & English (required).
