Job Description

The Human Resources Senior Director serves as a key architect in shaping and guiding the human resources vision in alignment with the broader objectives of the company. This role provides strategic direction for HR initiatives, focusing on key areas such as talent acquisition, change management, training, compensation, and corporate social responsibility. By collaborating closely with senior leadership, this role ensures that HR strategies and practices not only support operational excellence but also reflect the company's commitment to ethics, sustainability, and employee well-being. Bridges the gap, connecting HR's operational functions with the executive team, ensuring that the organization's human capital strategies are progressive, competitive, and in harmony with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is typically required. Master's Degree (Preferred), especially an MBA with a focus on Human Resources or a Master's in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, or Organizational Development. 10 - 12 years of experience in roles responsible for HR operational excellence, change management, or related discipline. 8 years of experience in a leadership role. Understand advanced HR practices, strategic HR management, and aligning HR functions with business objectives. Interpret HR metrics and analytics to make informed decisions. Guide organisations through periods of change, both structurally and culturally. Oversee HR budgets, forecasting, and ensure cost-effective initiatives. Familiarity with emerging HR technologies, AI in HR, and digital transformation strategies. Knowledge of international HR practices, labor laws, and cultural nuances. Depth of knowledge in building and sustaining diverse and inclusive workplaces. Comprehensive knowledge in talent attraction, development, retention, and succession planning. Thorough understanding of local, national, and international employment laws, as relevant.
