About the Role We’re looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our dynamic teams. If you excel with numbers, enjoy working across functions, and manage complex data, this role is for you. You will work closely with our Internal Service Managers, Commercial, Operations, and Content teams to create, maintain, and analyze documentation and datasets that inform decisions. Responsibilities Create and maintain client-facing flows and internal documentation. Manage and manipulate large datasets using various tools. Respond promptly to requests from the Commercial team with data and documentation support. Prepare data files according to specific formats and standards. Generate reports, summaries, and dashboards for actionable insights. Assist Service Managers with operational tasks and project follow-ups. Qualifications Fluent in English (spoken and written). Experience managing large datasets and using data/automation platforms. Strong analytical skills and data literacy. Experience supporting external clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly. Proactive, accountable, and self-driven. Familiarity with Coda, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, N8N, Tableau, Quicksight, and interest in LLMs. Ideal Candidate You are organized, analytical, thrive under pressure, enjoy problem-solving, and can work across multiple platforms.
