Antirust Associate Attorney (New York)

The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory/corporate M&A or experience working for private equity fund clients is a plus. The new hire will be joining a Band 1 Mergers & Acquisitions Clearance Team, that handles compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (the “HSR Act”) and coordinates with other offices globally on international merger control compliance. The Team supports busy and growing antitrust, corporate and private equity practices. Applicants should have 1-4 years of exposure to HSR reportability, be able to prepare HSR forms, and manage filing preparation.
