Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls. Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance to business units. Conduct compliance monitoring and testing activities. Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage investigations or breach reporting. Prepare compliance reports and performance insights for management. Oversee the complaints process and integrate findings into compliance monitoring. Deliver compliance training and awareness programs. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in a legal or compliance role. Strong knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in German and English. Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. High standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
