✠ Responsibilities include: Planning and organising workshop workload Scheduling and overseeing equipment maintenance Ordering spares and components Assisting with technical designs and custom builds Providing exceptional customer service and technical support Efficient management of workshop operations and parts Product knowledge and client engagement Inventory and financial control Loss prevention and housekeeping Marketing of services Team leadership and SHEQ compliance Building long-term customer relationships  🎓 Minimum Requirements: National Diploma (Sales & Marketing) and/or qualified Artisan Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience Strong management and problem-solving skills
