Turner –CNC and Conventional

We are excited to offer the following job opportunity: Position: Turner CNC and Conventional Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions with precision. Select and utilize the appropriate tools, equipment, and machinery for Turning tasks. Operate conventional lathes, including 3m, 4m, and 8m machines. Manage and operate CNC lathes effectively. Monitor and inspect completed work to ensure high standards of accuracy and quality. Red Seal qualified artisan. Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience as a conventional Turner. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. In-depth knowledge of machining processes. Experience in manufacturing hydraulic components is an advantage. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments for accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to take on additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor. Must have reliable transport and reside in the Vaal Triangle area.
